No. Our low prices do not have additional delivery fees. However please note for some areas there is a £20 minimum order.
Where do you pick-up and drop-off my clothes?
You choose the location for our courteous drivers to service.
What type of bag do I use to put my clothes for pick-up in?
Any bag that is big enough.
How do I pay for your door-to-door service?
You can pay the driver by cash or cheque.
How do I tell Sparrow Dry Cleaners about a special request with my Items?
You can call us, email us, or simply leave a details note in the bag for the driver to take.
What do I do if I have a problem with my order after I get my clothes back?

- Place it with your items upon collection
That's it - our driver will collect your washing and deliver it back within 2-3 working days*. There’s nothing else to it. We pick up your clothes, clean them with the time and effort they deserve and then deliver them right back to your doorstep.

Tuesday - 7am to 6pm
Wednesday - 7am to 6pm
Thursday - 7am to 6pm (shop open until 1pm)
Friday - 7am to 6pm
Saturday - 7am to 6pm
*If we have your items ready sooner than your scheduled date, we may be able to return them sooner
